I was thrilled to return to the Natural Wisdom Podcast to talk with Kristine about my passion for and growing knowledge of biodynamic farming. As I say at the start of our conversation, I’m still a baby in the biodynamic world, having studied this vast subject for just the past two years.

Biodynamic farming, initiated by “spiritual scientist” and founder of anthroposophy Rudolf Steiner, goes beyond sustainable or organic farming by working with the metaphysical forces of the cosmos. It’s been super-exciting for me to learn how to apply my knowledge of astrology toward healing the earth and growing food that is both physically and spiritually nutritious.

In our one-hour conversation, we talked about:

  • How humans are here to bridge the energies of earth and cosmos;

  • Why many people are stuck in such a materialistic consciousness today;

  • My next level understanding of the planets and their forces through biodynamic processes;
