Approaching Friday’s new moon in Taurus, the energies are EXTREME. Pluto, Jupiter, Mars and the Nodes are forming a high-pressure grand cross, which will peak on May 20th.
Are you feeling it?? Pressurized but sloggy, the sense that there’s something to DO but also feeling stuck and stagnant?
We’re meant to slow down, to be still and quiet, to pay attention to the sensations in our bodies and FEEL what arises. Pluto in Aquarius has new operating instructions for us, new frequencies to integrate, and there’s a lot to process.
Jupiter in Taurus (starting tomorrow!) wants to expand our self-love and self-worth, inviting us to embody a higher frequency of our inherent divine value.
Jupiter’s square to Pluto suggests that, to step into this expanded state, there’s something to release or transmute – the old unworthiness program, the attachments that keep us stuck in the past, the beliefs that limit our potential.
At the new moon, FIVE planets plus the North Node are all in Taurus, activating fertile, creative energy for a new project, relationship or life direction. What gets started at this new moon is likely to stick. As a fixed earth sign, Taurus has staying power, and we want to invest our time and energy in what holds meaning and value for us.
Mercury is moving forward again after being retrograde in Taurus the past three weeks, and now we have more clarity about what we truly love, value and need. Ideally, we’ve also gotten a new perspective on our worth, and our resources.
We have everything we need to start building a more beautiful future, and a few days after the new moon, the momentum will pick up and we’ll be ready to create.

On June 19, Chiron - the Shaman, Mentor, Initiator and Wounded Healer - will enter Taurus for the first time in over 40 years. Join us to learn about and intimately experience Chiron in Taurus, and open to the healing potentials of this transit.
Taurus is the first of the Earth signs, reflecting your fundamental connection to the body, the natural world, and physical survival. Chiron in Taurus activates core wounds - and opportunities for healing - related to worthiness, self-love, security, receptivity and abundance. These patterns frequently emerge in our relationships with money, nourishment, possessions and intimacy.
Chiron was last in Taurus from 1976-1984. This year, we’ll get a preview of Chiron in Taurus from June 19 to September 17. Chiron will then reverse back into Aries until April 14, 2027, and then remain in Taurus until 2034.
In this three-part initiatory workshop, Emily will illuminate the astrological meaning and purpose of Chiron’s transit through Taurus, including the areas of life activated by Chiron in Taurus in your personal birth chart. Sarah will guide you through a series of shamanic journeys in which you’ll cultivate your own relationship with Chiron and receive direct guidance as to what Chiron in Taurus is asking of you. You’ll learn how to co-create with this astro-activation for growth and healing.
Those born with Chiron in Taurus (May 28 to October 13, 1976; March 28, 1977 to June 21, 1983, November 29, 1983 to April 11, 1984) will be especially sensitive to this transit, as they navigate their Chiron Return.
Chiron is an initiator of heroes, and therefore over our time together, participants will invite Chiron to ally with them in order to pass through a portal unique to each individual. Each of the three sessions will build upon the prior session.

Introduction to the astrological and mythological Chiron, and what it means when Chiron is in Taurus, including what was happening the previous time Chiron was in Taurus.

On March 30, 2025, Neptune entered Aries for the first time in our lives. The last time Neptune visited the sign of the Ram was from 1861-1875.
What can we expect when the planet of dreams, imagination, spirituality and consciousness transits the fiery first sign of the zodiac, the sign of identity, personal power and leadership?
This year, we’ll get a preview of Neptune in Aries until October 22, before Neptune reverses back into Pisces. Then Neptune will reenter Aries on January 26, 2026 and remain until 2039.

The astro-headline for 2024 is Pluto’s move into Aquarius, on January 20th. Pluto’s previous tour through the sign of the Water Bearer was from 1777-1798, though we had a brief preview of this transit in 2023.

Every transit of Pluto presents a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to heal past trauma, release what we’ve outgrown, and step into a new level of vitality, power and purpose.
And yet… We’ve been taught to fear the dark – the mysterious parts of ourselves hidden in the subconscious. We’ve been taught to resist change, to distrust our feelings and passions when they prompt us to move in seemingly impractical or irrational directions.
We’ve been taught that surrender means helplessness, that control will keep us safe, and that analysis and perfect planning are the only way to get what we want.
And thus… When people see Pluto coming to visit their chart, and know that an Underworld journey is imminent, they often react with anxiety and dread.
In this three-part workshop, you’ll take a deep dive into the transits of Pluto, with a special focus on Pluto in Capricorn and Aquarius. You’ll learn the deeper meaning and purpose of Pluto’s activation of houses and planets in your chart, and how you can work with these transits for healing and growth.
We’ll start with the premise that every astro-influence is your best friend and supporting your highest evolution – yes, even and maybe especially Pluto. You’ll learn strategies for dancing with the Dark Goddess and free yourself from moldy old patriarchal assumptions about the dangers of descent.
To get the most from this workshop, you will need at least a basic understanding of the planets, signs, houses and aspects.

In this 5-part workshop, you’ll learn to use synastry – the art of chart comparison – to uncover the deeper meaning and purpose of why two people are in relationship, and how to optimize the connection.
Starting with the premise that relationships are mysterious and multi-dimensional, rather than mechanistic, we’ll explore the evolutionary intent and higher potential behind why two people come together. In my 20+ years of practicing astrology, I’ve discovered that, to access the higher potential of a sign, it needs to be integrated with its opposite. I now think of a sign not as a distinct entity, but as one half of a polarity – inevitably evoking and longing for union with its opposite.

The progressed chart is a “predictive” tool that reveals the timing and trajectory of your unique evolutionary path. Combined with transits, progressions are an essential technique for understanding the meaning and purpose of this time, and how to effectively work with current energies.
In this 6-week series, you’ll learn how to use the progressed chart to enhance your own self-understanding, and/or to support friends and clients through key life transitions.
I'll share what I've learned in my 20-plus years of professionally reading charts. We practice with plenty of example charts, using charts of group participants.

What is the progressed chart and how progressions differ from transits;
The progressed Sun and Solar Arc Directions;
