Wednesday’s Full Moon in Capricorn is not f-ing around! Not only is it a Super Full Moon – and the closest Supermoon of the year – it also conjoins with Pluto, and coincides with the US’s Pluto return.

AND, the Full Moon occurs close to where Saturn and Pluto came together in January 2020, signifying massive changes in societal structures and worldly power.

Translation? Deep feelings, whatever we’ve buried, repressed or denied, are rising to the surface – including feelings about how world changes have impacted our personal lives and the life of the collective. Needless to say, there’s a lot to process…

The call to action of this high-pressure lunation is to allow ourselves to FEEL – with compassion and acceptance – whatever arises, including and especially what we’ve been afraid to acknowledge. In this way, we unlock the higher potential of this Full Moon – to transmute old fears, blocks and conditioning and step into more of our passion, purpose and soul’s mission.

Mercury in Cancer opposes the Moon and Pluto, and forms a challenging square to Chiron in Aries. Mercury the Magician represents the power of our attention – how we direct our thoughts and our words moment by moment, creating reality through what we focus on.

This Plutonian Full Moon brings awareness to how we’re using our attention – to heal or to wound, to reinforce our fears or to inspire us on our mission. We’re being called to harness the transformational power of our attention by focusing on what we love and value, the new reality we want to build.

Chiron in Taurus: An Astrological & Shamanic Initiation

On June 19, Chiron - the Shaman, Mentor, Initiator and Wounded Healer - will enter Taurus for the first time in over 40 years. Join us to learn about and intimately experience Chiron in Taurus, and open to the healing potentials of this transit.

Taurus is the first of the Earth signs, reflecting your fundamental connection to the body, the natural world, and physical survival. Chiron in Taurus activates core wounds - and opportunities for healing - related to worthiness, self-love, security, receptivity and abundance. These patterns frequently emerge in our relationships with money, nourishment, possessions and intimacy.

Chiron was last in Taurus from 1976-1984. This year, we’ll get a preview of Chiron in Taurus from June 19 to September 17. Chiron will then reverse back into Aries until April 14, 2027, and then remain in Taurus until 2034.

In this three-part initiatory workshop, Emily will illuminate the astrological meaning and purpose of Chiron’s transit through Taurus, including the areas of life activated by Chiron in Taurus in your personal birth chart. Sarah will guide you through a series of shamanic journeys in which you’ll cultivate your own relationship with Chiron and receive direct guidance as to what Chiron in Taurus is asking of you. You’ll learn how to co-create with this astro-activation for growth and healing.

Those born with Chiron in Taurus (May 28 to October 13, 1976; March 28, 1977 to June 21, 1983, November 29, 1983 to April 11, 1984) will be especially sensitive to this transit, as they navigate their Chiron Return.

Chiron is an initiator of heroes, and therefore over our time together, participants will invite Chiron to ally with them in order to pass through a portal unique to each individual. Each of the three sessions will build upon the prior session.

Introduction to the astrological and mythological Chiron, and what it means when Chiron is in Taurus, including what was happening the previous time Chiron was in Taurus.
